SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped on mondays and fridays.
Often quicker. Latest within 5 working days. White a comment in your order, if you have any comments. The only exception of the shipment time is when you buy a made-to-order product. The production time of these objects is informed then you buy it.
Shipment time varies, as every objects is handmade in the studio en Copenhagen.
All products are sent as packages with PostNord, or DAO, so it is possible to track them with the provided tracking number.
If your order has been damaged during shipping or something is wrong with your order please contact me as you receive your order at emilieholm@me.com

RETURN AND REFUND
An object can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition. As soon as we receive your returned parcel, the objects will be checked and you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Any object inunsuittable condition will not be able to refund. You will then receive an email.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to deliver the package at the right place, and in good condition. EH ATELIER cannot take any responsibility for the package return, broken boxes or damaged goods.
Keep your postage receipt until you hear from us as your proof that the package was sent.
The return expenses are not included.
